The Administrator (Apprentice) will provide support to the FTS Client Relations team to ensure essential administration is provided to the team and clients.

Administration of all documentation

Liaising with commercial and domestic clients as directed by the team to ensure documentation and T&C’s is completed

Support to team/manager (diary management, arranging meetings, ad-hoc ordering, administrative assistance etc)

Ordering and tracking of crate deliveries

Support with jobs sheets for the removal teams

Scanning and filing of all documentation

Ordering of FTS mail room and depot supplies as directed/approved by manager

Provide support to the sales team with mailing campaigns, internet research etc

Support business development through administrative duties for FTS Same Day b2b courier service

Assisting with invoicing and purchase order documentation as required

Apprentice pay rate of £3.70 for first 12 months
