FTS is currently recruiting for an ambitious and driven Telesales Executive to work out of our Southport Head office or our depot at Aintree. As a Telesales Executive you will be tasked with sourcing new business for the division along with enhancing relationships with current clients. You will be targeted to drive new business across the division contacting potential clients and chasing leads. The role will also be responsible for managing regular recruitment marketing campaigns and mailers.

Key Responsibilities

ØSecuring new business across the division

ØBuild and enhance working relationships with current clients

ØIncrease service offerings with clients who may not know what other candidates we can provide

ØAchieve quarterly targets set by manager

ØMaintain an accurate client database, updating accordingly using system and reports

ØWork to weekly KPI’s focused on activity levels

ØMake calls to generate leads and secure business

ØComfortable with pressure and working to deadlines/targets

ØAdept at forming good working relationships

ØSales and target driven

ØGood at managing their own workload

ØIs self-motivated, positive and ambitious
